About Me

Hey there!

I'm Holly-May, I'm an illustrator based in the East-Midlands. As an illustration student at the University of Lincoln I discovered a passion for digital art, as well as traditional media such as coloured pencil, alcohol markers, watercolour and gouache. I found my interests lie in what illustration can do for branding and marketing as well as using it to create what I love. I am experienced in many areas of the design field and am always eager to learn more.

As a teenager I worked painting displays in a pottery shop (You know the kind where you go have a cup of tea while you paint bisques??? Yeah!) I taught a number of classes in my time there as well as assisting at community events.

During my years at sixth form and university I developed a love for all things bold and bright. I love when art reflects what you love, so I enjoy creating for fun but also enjoy seeing the look on peoples faces when you hand over their commissioned piece.
